In September 2020, I started working towards my CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) Designation through the Appraisal Institute of Cananda, in partnership with the University of British Columbia. It is a rigourous, professional degree designation program, with mandatory educational and “internship” requirements.

I am proud to announce that I have worked my way to Candidate Member status, which means I will work actively in the appraisal profession, performing appraisal services as an “appraiser-in-training”, meanwhile finishing my education and applied experience to become a fully designated CRA.

I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to partner with Roxanne Wood of Roxwood Appraisals, and Kim Tucker of Tucker Appraisals, whose very important roles are to mentor, review, supervise, and co-sign my appraisal reports.

My extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate market is a tremendous asset to the appraisal aspect. While real estate sales and real estate appraisals are two very different professional hats, I’m pleased to be able to offer you whichever type of service you require.
