To put it simply, Kari was awesome! We were posted in October, and had to list our home in a market that was less than ideal. Kari was professional, hard-working, patient, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. The process was exactly as she predicted in the beginning. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, and she made the process of selling our home, from 2000 kms away, painless. We were made to feel like we were her only clients during the entire process. If we ever get to come back to Fredericton Kari McBride is the only agent that I will work with.

Natalie was absolutely amazing every step of the way. Without her we would never be in our forever home. She was always a phone call or text away whenever we had questions and always kept us in the loop with any developments and updates. The photos that Kevin took were superb and were a huge piece of the puzzle with regards to showcasing our house to potential buyers. Kari and her team are fantastic! We moved to Fredericton, a city we knew nothing about, from across the country. Kari and team answered all of our questions and were wonderful at making recommendations that suited our family. We bought our dream house after a whirlwind house hunting trip, and the process couldn't have been any smoother. Kari even lent us blankets and pillows while we waited for our stuff to arrive. We couldn't recommend her highly enough!
Natalie was a delight to work with. Buying a home from out of province during COVID was a challenge but Natalie made it very easy. I told her what I wanted in a home and she delivered very quickly and now my son is living in a lovely home with his friends and cat while he is attending University. Kari is the best! She is patient and trustworthy. She tries to find the perfect house to match the buyer! We used her to sell my minihome and to buy our current house. We will use her again when is comes time to upsize. We have recommended her to many people in the past and we will continue to do so.
